• “Hachi-mujina” is a another name of tanuki, used in a dialect.
• “Mujina” is a similar animal of tanuki, but they said to have better ability for pretending than tanuki.
• The original lyrics lacks “た” (Ta), which also means “た抜き” (tanuki, the same pronunciation but means “without Ta”)
• If you listen carefully for first verse bass, it’s metal music. If you play this on the bass or the guitar, your fingers might be confused.
• The part before outro is the arrange of melodies. I tried to make it cheerful brass band like music.
• Outro song is called “Genkotsu Yama no Tanuki-san”, which is known as a Japanese Children’s song.
